From April 21st to the 22th, 2015, Kofi Annan, former Secretary General of the United Nations, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2001, Chairman of the Kofi Annan Foundation, visited Peking University and carried out a series of lectures and discussions. On April 21st, Annan had discussions with scholars and student representatives from PKU regarding “Some Key Points in the World Order”. In the afternoon of April 22nd, 2015, as one of the scholars in the Peking University Global Fellowship and a guest of high-end speeches of the Beijing Forum, Annan delivered a keynote speech entitled “Towards a More Harmonious World Order” at the Sunshine Hall of Ying Jie Exchange Center.
