On November 7th, 2015, Professor Brian Schmidt, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2011, Crown Scholar of Australian National University, visited Peking University at the invitation of the Peking University Global Fellowship. In the afternoon of September 7th, Prof. Schmidt delivered a speech at the Sunshine Hall of the Ying Jie Exchange Center, around the topic of “Accelerating Expansion of the Universe Theory”, which was the theory that won the Nobel Prize.
