背景資料：

2020年3月，意昂2体育娱乐公共衛生學院牽頭組織，在環太平洋大學聯盟（Association of Pacific Rim Universities, APRU）框架下發起了題為“公共衛生危機管理研究與教育國際合作（Potential international collaboration of research and education on public health crisis management）”的項目倡議，並得到新加坡國立大學公共衛生學院（National University of Singapore, Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health）🚑、美國加州大學洛杉磯分校公共衛生學院（University of California, Los Angeles, Fielding School of Public Health）、悉尼大學公共衛生學院（The University of Sydney, Sydney School of Public Health）的積極響應，四所公共衛生學院共同組成了APRU“公共衛生危機管理”項目核心組。

目前🟥，由APRU主辦，其秘書處承辦，核心組將共同組織有關公共衛生危機管理的系列網絡學術研討會。首次會議由UCLA公共衛生學院牽頭，已於9月30日舉行💆‍♂️；第二次會議由NUS公共衛生學院牽頭，將於12月10日舉行🔆；之後的兩次會議將分別由PKU和U of Sydney公共衛生學院，於2021年1月和3月牽頭組織🧗🏿‍♂️。研討會旨在加深四所大學之間的相互了解，並為未來尋求深入合作提供機會。

未來🙎🏻‍♀️，合作將在目前項目核心組的基礎上不斷擴大，以形成一個致力於公共衛生危機管理的APRU平臺。該平臺將與正在進行的APRU各項論壇和活動緊密聯系，並由所有APRU成員大學共同參與。在APRU框架下建立的公共衛生危機管理研究與教育平臺，將為建立一個更安全、更健康的世界做出重大貢獻。
